On the initiative of Artur Aghayan, the newly elected chairman of the trade union organization of ZCMC CJSC, the beautiful traditions that have united the employees of the combine and the Kajaran community for years are continuing.
For about a decade, the senior groups of preschool educational institutions in Kajaran have been receiving all their school supplies fr om the enterprise's trade union. The commencement of this academic year was also rich in gifts. The children's enthusiasm and joy were limitless:
“I have to hide it well so that my kid brother doesn't open it.”
“There's a lot of stuff inside, it's always heavy.”
While the children decide how to take their gifts home, Artur Papyan, vice-chairman of the ZCMC trade union, assures that social, health, cultural and sports programs will not only continue, but will also be supplemented with new events to be expected in the near future. According to him, the ZCMC trade union is a solid structure, the initiatives of which are awaited by both the company's employees and the community residents.
In the morning, the members of the trade union go to kindergartens, and in the evening, to the stadium, wh ere an internal factory football championship is taking place. The people from the factory workshops are at the stadium. Their enthusiasm and joy were also contagious.
