Modern production requires new knowledge and continuous development of professional skills. For this very purpose, ZCMC CJSC has ongoing employee certification and training programs that help assess employees' professional abilities, identify their development opportunities, and to shape a stronger and more trained team.
This year, certification programs for manipulator operators and general-purpose drivers of the car pool were implemented, in which more than 60 ZCMC employees participated.
Theoretical and practical training courses were organized prior to certification, ensuring the strengthening of the participants' knowledge and skills.
As a result of certification drivers have been divided into professional groups, their capabilities were assessed, and further development programs were drafted.
