As is known, in the Autumn of 2026, Armenia will be hosting the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 17). And on November 10-21 of this year, the 30th UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP 30) will be held in Belém, Brazil.
Ahead of these important events, the conference “Sustainable Development: A Bridge between COP 30 and COP 17” was held in Yerevan, which was attended by reputable international experts. Among the speakers was Armen Stepanyan, Director of Sustainable Development of ZCMC CJSC. Panel discussions were organized within the framework of the conference, including “The Role of Mass Media in Promoting Sustainable Development in Armenia”.
