In October 2025, "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine" CJSC published its 2024 Sustainability Report, which was submitted for independent audit.
The audit was conducted by the Armenian office of the leading firm Grant Thornton International, according to the ISAE 3000 standard.
As a result of an assessment lasting about 3 months, an independent audit opinion was formed, which, based on the requirements of the international standards GRI, SASB and IFRS S2, confirms the reliability of reporting and provides reasonable assurance that the database reflected in the ZCMC Sustainability Report is accurate and transparent.
The minor deficiencies identified during the audit were corrected, and the report has been posted on the ZCMC website.
"Achieving certification is yet another important step towards leading positions in the field of sustainable development and compliance with global standards, a confident look towards a sustainable future. And this entire process is not a mere formality for us; it reflects a genuine commitment to real sustainable development. Therefore, we keep viewing sustainable development as an integral part of the Company's modernization and development.
I believe it should be emphasized that very few companies in the mining industry and other sectors voluntarily set such a high standards for accountability and transparency," said Roman Khudoliy, Director General of ZCMC CJSC, when receiving the certification.
