Emphasizing the importance of education for sustainable production development, the training center at ZCMC CJSC organized its regular two-day professional retraining course, attended by over thirty experienced and novice flotation operators from the Combine's enrichment plant.
During the training course, ZCMC staff, as instructed by Timeya Agamyan, have had the opportunity to learn about international experience, present and analyze recorded workplace cases using specific examples, make professional conclusions, raise questions and get comprehensive answers. This course also provides an excellent opportunity to acquire new knowledge.
At the end of the two-day training course the trainees take an exam. Successful completion of the exam provides the basis for professional growth and advancement in grade.
Professional training at the ZCMC is continuous and is considered a strategic investment in the sustainable development of production.
