Closed Joint Stock Company "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a legal entity operating under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The company operates the Kajaran copper-molybdenum mine. The main activity of the company is extraction and processing of copper-molybdenum ore.
The company was founded by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Armenia on December 9, 1997, by Order No. 262, through the reorganization of the state enterprise "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine", and is the legal successor of the state enterprise "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine". The company operates in the Republic of Armenia, at 18 Lernagortsneri st., Kajaran, 3309.
The highest management body of the Company is the Plenary Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders. The Company also has a Board of Directors, which exercises general management of the Company's activities. Management of the current activities of the Company is carried out by the sole executive body, the Director General.
